The $5,000 Guarantee: Exactly How It Works

$5,000 in recovered booked revenue within 60 days of go-live — or you pay nothing. Here is exactly how we define it, measure it, and make it real.

The Guarantee in One Sentence

If the AI Receptionist does not recover at least $5,000 in booked revenue within 60 days of going live, you pay nothing — not the setup fee, not the monthly fee, not a dollar.

No asterisk that expands into a paragraph. No "recovered revenue may be defined as" clause that quietly guts the number. Ten missed emergency calls at $500 each is $5,000. The AI answers those calls, books those jobs, we measure what lands in your calendar and gets completed. If it doesn't hit $5,000 in completed jobs before Day 60, you send us the job list and we issue the full refund. No runaround, no negotiation.

How We Define and Measure Recovered Revenue

"Recovered revenue" means dollars from booked and completed appointments that originated as inbound calls answered by the AI during the 60-day window, at the job values you report. Three things have to be true for a dollar to count toward your $5,000:

  1. The AI answered the call. Not a call you grabbed first, not a call that hit voicemail before the system engaged — a call the AI picked up and handled start to finish.
  2. The call produced a booked appointment. The AI qualified the caller and scheduled the job to your calendar. Walk-ins, referrals, and jobs sourced from other channels don't count — we are tracking specifically what the AI captured.
  3. The appointment was completed. You ran the job inside the 60-day window. A booked job that gets canceled before completion does not count toward the threshold.

Tracking works like this: every inbound call is time-stamped in the call log with the caller's number and the outcome. Every booking the system creates is logged against the originating call. At Day 60, you give us a list of completed jobs — job type, date completed, amount charged. We cross-reference it against the call log and the booking record.

You report your own ticket values. If you ran a $1,400 water heater swap, that is what we count. If you ran a $90 service call, that is what we count. We do not set your prices. If there is any ambiguity about whether a call drove an appointment — say the caller booked through the AI but you rescheduled it manually — we resolve it in your favor.

The 60-Day Window: When the Clock Starts and When It Stops

Day 1 is the calendar day the AI goes live and begins answering your inbound calls. You receive a go-live confirmation from us after setup is complete — that date is Day 1, stated in writing.

If a technical issue on our end delays go-live past the agreed 48-hour setup window, Day 1 slides to the actual live date. You get the full 60 days regardless of what caused the delay on our side. If the delay is caused by you — you haven't completed the onboarding steps we need, such as call forwarding confirmation or number verification — the clock starts on the day you complete those steps, not the day we finished our work.

The window closes at 11:59 PM on Day 60, measured from Day 1. Jobs completed after that date do not count toward the threshold, even if the booking happened inside the window. A job booked on Day 57 and completed on Day 64 does not count.

What Qualifies — and What Disqualifies — a Guarantee Claim

Here is the full list of conditions. No hidden clauses beyond what is stated here.

To qualify, all of these must be true during the 60-day period:

  • Call forwarding is active and routing inbound calls to the AI for the entire 60-day window — no gaps, no bypasses, no days where you switched it off.
  • You respond to any call the AI escalates to you as an emergency within 2 hours during normal service hours (6 AM–10 PM local time). The AI handles booking, but certain calls — a gas leak, a flooded basement — get transferred to you directly. You have to be reachable.
  • Your business receives a minimum of 10 inbound calls per week on average over the 60-day period. Weeks that fall below 10 calls pause the measurement — they don't count against you, but they don't count toward the guarantee either.
  • Your business was operational and receiving inbound calls before go-live. The AI cannot recover revenue from a phone line that was not ringing before we showed up.

A claim is disqualified if any of the following occur:

  • You remove or bypass call forwarding at any point. Any days without active forwarding are excluded from the measurement window. If forwarding is down for more than 7 cumulative days during the 60-day period, the guarantee is voided.
  • You cancel the service before Day 60. Cancellation closes the guarantee period as of that date, and recovery is measured against whatever was accumulated up to cancellation.
  • You do not provide a completed job list at Day 60. We cannot verify recovered revenue without your job records — that is a hard requirement.

That is the full list.

How the Refund Works: The Exact Process

If you hit Day 60 and the AI has not recovered $5,000 in completed revenue, here is what happens step by step:

  1. Contact us on or after Day 60. Email the agency with your go-live date and a completed job list from the period: job type, date completed, amount charged for each job that originated as an AI-answered call.
  2. We review within 5 business days. We cross-reference your job list against the call log and booking record. If the verified total is below $5,000, the refund is approved. If there is a discrepancy, we document it and resolve it within the same 5-day window — you are not left waiting on a conversation that drags.
  3. Refund issued within 10 business days of approval. The full amount — setup fee plus any monthly fees paid — goes back to the original payment method. No partial refunds, no credit-only options, no "apply it toward future services." Full cash back.

Why We Can Offer This Guarantee

The math behind this offer is not risky for us — because it is not close.

A home service business receiving 3 inbound calls per day accumulates 180 calls over 60 days. If the AI converts 25% of those to booked appointments — conservative for a qualified homeowner calling because their heat is out or their pipe is leaking — that is 45 jobs. At a $400 average ticket, that is $18,000 in recovered revenue. At $300 average, it is $13,500. The guarantee threshold is $5,000. The math has to fall apart in several places simultaneously for us to owe a refund: low volume AND low conversion AND low average ticket AND poor job completion rates, all at the same time.

Emergency service calls convert at high rates because the caller is not price-shopping — they have a problem that needs to be solved today. A homeowner with a frozen pipe at 9 PM is not leaving three voicemails and comparing quotes. They book with whoever answers.

The 10-call-per-week minimum exists because we will not offer a $5,000 guarantee to a business receiving 2 calls a week — the math cannot support it and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But if you are a working plumber, HVAC tech, or electrician with a live service area, you are well above that floor.

The guarantee removes the only real objection to getting started: what if it doesn't work? Now that question has a specific, dollar-denominated, time-bound answer.

Frequently asked

What if I only get 5 calls a week — does the guarantee still apply?

No. The guarantee requires a minimum of 10 inbound calls per week on average across the 60-day period. At 5 calls per week, the AI does not have enough volume to recover $5,000 in 60 days, and we will not promise a result the math cannot support.

If your current call volume is below 10 per week, the honest conversation is about how to increase inbound call volume before layering an AI Receptionist on top. Contact us and we will tell you directly whether the product fits your business at its current stage.

Does the guarantee cover jobs booked on weekends and after hours?

Yes — and that is the point. The AI answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends, holidays, and 2 AM emergency calls. Jobs booked at any hour count toward the $5,000 threshold as long as the appointment is completed within the 60-day window.

After-hours and weekend calls are typically the highest-value leads a home service business misses, because competitors sent those callers to voicemail. Every one of those that converts to a completed job is exactly the revenue the guarantee is measuring.

Can I extend the 60-day window if I need more time?

No. The 60-day window is fixed. Extensions are not offered because the guarantee is designed to be a clear, measurable commitment with a specific deadline — not an open-ended arrangement that keeps moving.

If Day 60 arrives and you are short of $5,000, the refund process applies exactly as described: you contact us, we review the numbers within 5 business days, and if you are below the threshold, the full refund is issued within 10 business days. The window does not bend, but the refund commitment is firm.

What if the AI misbooks an appointment — wrong time, wrong service type?

A booking error does not disqualify the job from the guarantee count. If the AI created a misbooking but you still ran the job, that revenue counts toward your $5,000.

If a booking error caused a job to be canceled — the customer wasn't available at the wrong time the AI scheduled — document it and flag it during the Day 60 review. We handle those cases individually and err on the side of counting the revenue where the error was clearly on the system's side. Our obligation is to make sure legitimate jobs count.

Put Us on the Clock — 60 Days, $5,000, or You Don't Pay

Go live in 48 hours. The AI answers every call. The guarantee covers the first 60 days. If the numbers don't add up, neither does your bill.
